Believe it or not, this space was unusable before BiiLT remodeled the restroom and laundry room.
The BiiLT team put in luxury vinyl plank flooring, a beautiful compact sink that fits the space well, and an industrial bright light fixture! This half bath is perfect to send the kids to when the main bathroom is busy and is easily accessible to guests!
The laundry room is equipped with plenty of space to sort, wash, fold, and iron. The BiiLT team installed an AC unit to keep this homeowner fresh as they go about their day!
